Privacy
YUKU Time helps workers and contractors track time, jobsites, notes, and verification status. This plain-language privacy summary will be replaced with final legal text before public release.
What YUKU Time Uses
- Account information such as name, email, role, company/workspace, and trial status.
- Jobsite and time records such as clock-in, clock-out, breaks, notes, and report exports.
- Location permission for geotag clocking and jobsite verification when the worker uses those features.
- QR/referral/invite codes to help workers join, share, and verify access.
- Firebase and Google services for authentication, hosting, database, functions, analytics-safe events, and app testing.
Principles
- Workers control their shareable reports.
- Personal worker workspaces stay separate from company-managed workspaces.
- Company audit data is kept separate from worker public reports.
- Raw GPS trails and internal review signals are not included in worker exports by default.
- Support requests can be sent to time@pastores.ca.
